The massage session with Jennifer felt like a blessing!

I could see professionalism in her technique and customer care. I've previously tried 3 other places and the experience at the Body Fix Coach was by far the best.

Jennifer was able to feel the tight spots instantly and to adapt pressure so it feels therapeutic rather than painful.

I lived with the impression that I need someone to apply a lot of force but she made me understand and feel that precision is far more important than force in order to unlock the movement in my body.

Oxygen Lab Derby, I go 3 x a week to help with my arthritis, I use the Hbot oxygen chamber and the red light. Its a lovely friendly place. With Ricky on hand for help, advise or any questions you may have.
Its worth going for a look round and a chat .

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. He explained what he was trying to do, made me feel comfortable and like magic, I had better range of movement. Felt very relaxed afterwards too. I would highlly recommend.

We've been coming to The Body Fix Coach centre for nearly 2 months now and we absolutely love it, we have hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light bed and the PEMF machine and its helping so much with me and my partner, he's severely burnt out from work and I'm recovering from a hysterectomy 8 months ago, we both come every week and have now made it apart of our weekly wellness routine

Did the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, really great experience. James went through it all with me and made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. The experience of the Chamber was great, it's very calming and I felt the affects when I came home. Although I did feel very fatigued which wasn't mentioned, for next time will be more prepared for this and take a sugary drink or snack with me. But great experience all round.
